Overview of Xhjili Bonus Promotions
Xhjili offers promotional incentives to enhance play. These terms govern all bonus offers including no-deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses and free spins. By participating you agree to these terms and conditions.
Eligibility and Account Integrity
Promotions are available to individual legal players only. Each player may hold a single Xhjili account. The use of disposable emails, multiple devices or shared networks to obtain promotions is prohibited. Xhjili reserves the right to perform identity verification and to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud or bonus abuse.
No Deposit Bonus
No deposit bonuses may be awarded at Xhjili discretion. The maximum winnings from a no-deposit bonus are capped at the equivalent of 5,000 RUB, 135 BYN, 25,000 KZT, 645,000 UZS or the local currency equivalent.
- Wagering requirement for no deposit bonuses is 45x. Winnings from a no-deposit bonus may be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements are fully met. Withdrawal before completion may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- After withdrawing winnings from a no-deposit bonus, a new deposit may be made to continue playing with the bonus, subject to the standard terms.
- Xhjili may require verification documents prior to payout for any no-deposit bonus. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and, if applicable, a card backing image or screenshot when a card was used to fund the account.
Welcome and Deposit Bonuses
Activation and minimum deposit: To receive a deposit welcome bonus, a minimum deposit of 1,000 RUB, 35 BYN, 10 EUR, 15 CAD, 20 NZD, 50 PLN, 5,000 KZT, or 130,000 UZS is required unless stated otherwise. Activate the bonus in the Bonuses tab and then make a deposit; the bonus will be transferred to the Dashboard for use.
- Wagering and contributions: Deposit bonuses require a 45x wagering. Game contributions vary by title; see the Bonus Wagering section for eligible games. Jackpot, Instant Games and Live Casino categories are typically excluded from bonus wagering. Some game providers or titles may also be excluded.
- Time limits: Deposit bonuses are usually valid for 7 days. Free spins and other bonuses may be valid for 24 hours from credit, unless stated otherwise.
Free Spins
Free spins are issued as part of a promotion and any winnings from free spins are subject to a 45x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. Activation must occur within 24 hours of issue and all rounds must be completed within 24 hours of activation unless stated otherwise.
Wagering and Game Rules
Wagering requirements relate to eligible bets and are calculated based on the active bonus. For bonus wagering, most slots contribute 100% of the stake, with exceptions and exclusions defined in the Bonus Wagering section. Live Casino and Jackpot titles are generally excluded from bonus wagering; some providers may exclude additional titles.
Cash Out, Balances, and Withdrawals
Balance handling: Real funds are used for bets before bonus funds. If real funds are exhausted, bets are placed with bonus funds. Winnings from bonus wagering accrue to the bonus balance until wagering is completed. Withdrawals may be made only after meeting wagering requirements and any applicable terms; if withdrawal occurs prior to meeting wagering, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
Maximum Win and Cashout Limits
Maximum win from a deposit bonus is capped at 10 times the initial bonus amount. For a mixed bonus, the initial bonus amount is returned to the real balance first; the remaining winnings are subject to the overall cap. If the payout would exceed the cap, the excess is removed from the withdrawal.
Cancellation, Expiry, and Auto-Cancel
Bonuses may be canceled by the player or by Xhjili at any time. Unused bonuses expire in accordance with their stated validity. If the account balance falls to a level equivalent to 0.10 or less in the active currency, the bonus may be canceled automatically. It is not allowed to postpone bonus rounds; leaving a game and returning to complete a bonus may result in forfeiture of winnings.
Abuse, Fraud, and Account Sanctions
Suspicion of bonus abuse, manipulation of game rounds or exploiting system errors may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, revocation of offers, or account termination. Creating multiple accounts or sharing devices to obtain promotions may be treated as abuse and subject to penalties.
Verification and AML/KYC
Xhjili may require documentation to verify identity and address prior to payouts. Acceptable documents include government-issued ID, proof of address, and card verification where applicable. Payouts may be withheld until verification is complete.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the applicable law of Xhjili licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes regarding bonus offers will be resolved by Xhjili at its sole discretion, and the decision will be final.
Changes to Terms
Xhjili reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw any bonus terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in promotions constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data used for promotions will be processed in accordance with Xhjili privacy policy. For promotional purposes, only minimal identifying information may be disclosed in publicity materials, subject to privacy protections.
