General Terms
Xhjili operates an online casino and related gaming services (the "Casino"). By accessing the Site, opening an account, or participating in any games or promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Operator may publish amendments from time to time; updated terms take effect on posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms prior to depositing funds or continuing play.
Regulatory Compliance and Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals who meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction, which is 18 years or older in most applicable laws. You must not use the Site if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction or if you are located where online gambling is unlawful. Your Account
- Only one real account per person, household, address, email, payment method, or IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be terminated, and all associated transactions voided.
- You must keep login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and the Site will treat activity conducted with your credentials as having been performed by you.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support, subject to the conditions below. If a balance exists or there are pending withdrawals, these funds may be forfeited on closure, unless otherwise required by law or stated policy.
- The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in appropriate circumstances.
By opening an account, you warrant that you act on your own behalf, are legally capable of gambling where you reside, and that all provided information is accurate and current. You acknowledge the possibility of monetary loss and confirm that funds used to participate originate from lawful sources. You shall not engage in collusion or use automated systems to gain an unfair advantage. The Operator may close an account or void winnings if it reasonably suspects violations of these warranties.
Proof of Identity and Compliance (KYC)
You may be required to provide documentation to verify identity, age, residence, and the source of funds. Acceptable documents include government-issued ID, proof of address, and recent payment method statements. Provide requested documents within ten (10) days. The Operator may suspend or withhold payments until verification is complete and may permanently close the account if documentation is not provided.
The standard verification process aims to complete within one (1) business day, but additional checks may be performed at the Operator's sole discretion.
Financial Transactions
- Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the Operator’s selected payment providers. Withdrawals are typically processed using the same method as the deposit, where feasible.
- The account balance is not a bank balance and does not earn interest; it is not insured. You authorize the Operator to debit funds from your balance to settle applicable charges or fees under these Terms and applicable law.
- The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit limits and may impose additional controls to protect against fraud or illegal activity.
- Refunds: refunds or chargebacks are handled in accordance with the payment method used and applicable law. The Operator may request identity verification and reserves the right to withhold refunds until verification is satisfied. If verification cannot be completed, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering
Bonuses and promotions are offered at the Operator’s discretion and may be limited by geography, eligibility, or other restrictions. Full terms for any promotion will be published in the promotions section and must be accepted to participate.
- First Deposit Bonus: where available, a 100% match bonus may apply. A minimum deposit of 20 in the account currency is required, and wagering requirements shall be 20 times the sum of the deposit plus bonus before any withdrawal. All other conditions published with the offer apply.
- Sportsbook First Deposit Bonus: where available, a 10% first deposit bonus may apply with a minimum deposit of 20; wagering requirements shall be 8 times the deposit plus bonus before withdrawal. All other terms apply as stated with the promotion.
- Promotions are typically available to new players only and may be restricted to one promotion per person, per household, per payment method, or other defined criteria.
- Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type; for example, slots typically contribute 100%, table and live games contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded as specified in the promotion terms.
Inactivity, Forfeiture and Unclaimed Funds
If a player remains inactive for six (6) months or more, the Operator may forfeit the remaining balance in the account. Where applicable, withdrawal requests after such a period may be subject to a case-by-case review, but the Operator reserves the right to withhold or reclaim funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Intellectual Property and Brand Use
All Site content, including software, graphics, text, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Xhjili. By using the Site, you acknowledge no rights in the content other than those granted by these Terms. Damaged or tampered game materials become void and unusable; replacements are the remedy for material defects only.
Privacy, Data Protection and Cookies
The Operator collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data may be used to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and improve user experience. The Site uses cookies consistent with its cookie policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Disputes, Complaints and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, a written complaint must be filed within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event. The Operator will address disputes on a case-by-case basis if extenuating circumstances exist. The governing law is the law of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the Operator, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or its services. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xhjili and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliated entities from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs resulting from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site, including claims arising from violations of applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Conduct and Security
You shall not engage in activities that compromise the integrity or security of the Site, including attempts to manipulate games, generate fraudulent transactions, or misrepresent information. The Operator reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal remedies for any such behavior.
